Business hours are 8:00 - 19:00 (open year-round) and service is provided until 18:00 for domestic flight arrivals and until 17:30 for international flight arrivals.

09:00-22:00 Sapporo TV Tower Observation Deck Centrally located in Sapporo City, this site has a towering height of 147.2 m. Enjoy a panoramic view of the city night or day from the observation deck. The view of Odori Park is especially beautiful.

11:00-22:00 Mt. Moiwa Ropeway & Morris Car Round-trip Ride The ropeway's gondola has large glass surfaces, and from inside the gondola you can look over the primeval forest of Mt. Moiwa, the city of Sapporo, and even Ishikari Bay in the distance. After taking the ropeway to Chufuku Station, transfer to the Morris Car bound for Sancho Station, and at the peak observation deck enjoy the wide panorama of Sapporo.

09:00-17:00 Chitose Aquarium This is the largest museum for salmon and northern freshwater fish. The aquarium features a gigantic fish tank, as well as various facilities - including a large multi-screen TV where visitors can have fun learning about the fishes' way of life. In the Underwater Observation Zone, Japan's first facility where visitors can see directly into the waters of Chitose River, enjoy observing the activities of the creatures of Chitose River up close and in any season.

09:00-16:00 Usuzan Ropeway Round-trip Ride This ropeway connects the foot of Showa Shinzan and the peak of Mt. Usu with its observation deck. Along the way, look down on Lake Toya spread out before your eyes.

At reception, please show your reservation confirmation sheet, a printout of the reservation confirmation e-mail, or show the e-mail on your mobile device screen to staff.
[Operation Conditions/Tour Conditions]
Each participant will be provided with 1 Enjoy Pass (adults and children). A single Enjoy Pass cannot be used by multiple customers.
The Enjoy Pass is made up of tickets for each sightseeing attraction and is valid for 15 days from the day of pickup.
The reserved tour date, the date of pass pick up, and the date of first use must be the same.
Please note that refunds will not be issued after pick-up of the Enjoy Pass (made up of multiple tickets).
[Exemptions/Itinerary Guarantee: Itinerary/Destinations]
Enjoy Pass tickets are a set of 10 tickets.
At time of entry, please present an Enjoy Pass (made up of multiple tickets) for each person at the facility admission window. Staff will take the appropriate ticket.
The Enjoy Pass provides only one entry into each facility.
Please check itinerary details for access and business hours for each facility.
However, as business hours and closed days may change, please make sure to check the facility's website or by phone on your own in advance.
Depending on operational circumstances, certain tour dates may be canceled, or tour operation may cease entirely.
Also, there may be closures or changes to hours due to inclement weather, facility inspections, etc. Information listed in the itinerary is current as of February 2020.
Passes will not be reissued or refunded if lost. Also, Enjoy Pass tickets are not sold on site.
Aside from admission/fare charges for each facility, this cannot be used for paid attractions, paid experiences/activities, or meal/drink charges.
Transportation to each sightseeing attraction and transportation expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event that outbound flights to Hokkaido are canceled and you were not able to pick up the Enjoy Pass ticket bundle, please contact your travel agent and provide them with the flight cancellation certificate. A full refund will be issued.
Refunds will not be issued even if some of the 10 facilities are closed or not in operation.

Hokkaido Enjoy Pass tickets can only be picked up at the New Chitose Airport Domestic Terminal JTB Tour Desk within business hours.
Business hours are 8:00 - 19:00 (open year-round) and service is provided until 18:00 for domestic flight arrivals and until 17:30 for international flight arrivals.
If the flight arrival time was delayed and you are unable to make it for pick-up within the above desk hours, or if you were unable to conduct pick-up within open hours due to flight arrival delay, etc., please come back the following day within open hours to conduct pick-up. In such cases when pick-up will be on the following day or onward, the validity period of the Enjoy Pass will be 15 days from the initial reservation date. Please note that it will take some time for customer verification at the pick-up desk. Furthermore, customers are to shoulder the transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc. in case of pick-up the following day or onward.
When picking up at the New Chitose Airport Domestic Terminal JTB Tour Desk, please be sure that pick-up is conducted by your group representative.
If conducted by a person other than the representative, please note that you may have to wait as it will take some time for customer verification at the pick-up desk.
