[Reception Method]
At reception, please show your reservation confirmation sheet, a printout of the reservation confirmation e-mail, or show the e-mail on your mobile device screen to staff.
[Operation Conditions/Tour Conditions]
- This is an unguided plan, so please go to the meeting location on your own.
- Please select the use start date when booking. The valid period for pick-up is 10 days from the use start date.
　Example: For a use start date of Oct. 1: Make a booking for Oct. 1. The valid period for pick-up is Oct. 1 to Oct. 10.
　　(In this case admission tickets can be picked up at each facility during the period from Oct. 1 to Oct. 10.)
- On this plan the actual tickets to be used must be picked up. Present your reservation confirmation sheet and pick up the admission tickets.
　*Admission tickets for each facility may be picked up within 10 days of the selected date.
　*The ticket is only valid on the day that it is picked up.
　*Once picked up, tickets cannot be refunded, reissued, or re-sold. It cannot be used in combination with other tickets or services.
- One admission only is permitted into each facility. The same facility may not be entered multiple times.
[Exemptions/Itinerary Guarantee: Itinerary/Destinations]
- This is a set plan with admission for 2 locations. Even in cases when the customer uses only 1 of the facilities due to their own personal circumstances, refunds/partial refunds will not be issued.
- Depending on operational circumstances, certain tour dates may be canceled, or tour operation may cease entirely.
- Operation may be canceled or facilities may be closed depending on weather conditions. As the valid period for pick-up on this plan is 10 days, refunds cannot be issued even in this case.
- The available pick-up period is 10 days from the selected date. Pick-up will not be possible once this period is up. Also, pick-up is not possible prior to the selected date. In the case that the available pick-up period has passed, refunds will not be issued even if ticket pick-up was not conducted for one or both facilities.

Access: Take the tram to Ropeway Iriguchi station. There is a free shuttle bus running from South 19 West 15 to Mt. Moiwa Sanroku Station every 15 minutes.

- Sapporo TV Tower: JPY 100 must be paid for each 3- to 5-year-old child as admission to the observation deck. Please pay this on location when picking up the ticket(s). (Free of charge from Apr. 1, 2020.)
- Sapporo Mt. Moiwa Ropeway: For children age 0-5, up to 2 children age 0-5 per adult are free of charge. For 3 or more children age 0-5 per adult, please pay the child rate. Please pay this on location when picking up the ticket(s).
