[Reservation Method]
- Customer information including the flight number, arrival/departure time, hotel name etc. are required when making a reservation. If the correct flight information is not informed at least 7 days prior to the application deadline, arrangements may not be possible. Changes made after the reservation cut-off (including information errors) will incur an emergency fee. Additionally, if there are any errors in the information provided, all arrangements may not be possible. In such cases, please note that the applicable cancellation charges may be required.
- As child seats are necessary for infants (0-5 years old), please make sure to include them in the number of customers when booking.
Please be sure to write the number of infants (0-5 years old) in the free entry field. There are a limited number of child seats, so provision is not guaranteed.
- Reservations are for a single vehicle. (1 vehicle for 1-4 people) Regardless of the number of people, arrangements will be for an Alphard.
- At reception, please show your reservation confirmation sheet, a printout of the reservation confirmation e-mail, or show the e-mail on your mobile device screen to the driver.

- If 30 minutes have passed following the meeting time and you are not able to meet the driver, the service will be deemed as provided and set as complete. Please note that in this case, refunds will not be provided.
- If for any reason (the number of people or destination varies from the actual booking, etc.) an additional fee is required after meeting the driver, customers may be charged on site. Customers will also be charged if an additional fee is required for going over the predetermined hours.
Important Notes:
- Reservations are for a single vehicle. (1 vehicle for 1-4 people) Regardless of the number of people, arrangements will be for an Alphard.
- The driver will wait for customers at the applicable accommodations (lobby) and take them to the airport. (Assistant service is not included.)
- Luggage is limited to 1 per person. In the case that not all of the customer's luggage can be loaded into the appointed vehicle, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for luggage shipping or other service.
- Porter service is not included, so please carry all your luggage on your own.
- Depending on your departing flight, you may need to take a shuttle bus to the taxi pick-up location.
- Shuttle from accommodations (Tokyo's 23 Wards, Makuhari area, Maihama area) to Narita Airport. Delivery is not available for areas not covered.
When making arrangements, if a non-available area is inputted, reservations cannot be accepted. This will then be canceled. At the time of booking, please confirm the tour code and applicable area before making a reservation.
- The conducting company will contact the accommodation facility by phone at least 2 days prior with the meeting time.
- Applicable destinations are hotels or ryokan. Customers will not be taken to private residences.
