1. Enjoy fluffy powder snow at Sapporo Teine Ski Resort, which was used as a venue for the 1972 Sapporo Winter Olympics!
2. Feel free to join without bringing anything as the plan includes a full rental ski set (or snowboard set) including skiing/snowboarding equipment and apparel, and an 8-hour lift and gondola pass!
3. Enjoy skiing on a day trip as it takes as little as 50 minutes by bus from Sapporo City. The plan includes round-trip bus service from major hotels in Sapporo City to the ski resort!
4. Customers on this plan will alight the bus at the Olympia Zone, which has many gentle slopes that even beginners will surely enjoy.

At reception, please show a printed copy of the reservation confirmation sheet or a printout of the reservation confirmation e-mail. Simply showing the confirmation on a mobile device screen will not be accepted.
[Operation Conditions/Tour Conditions]
This is an agent-organized tour planned and operated by Kamori Kanko Co., Ltd.
The itinerary displayed on the booking screen is the final itinerary. A copy of the final itinerary will not be sent to participants.
If the minimum number of participants (1) is not met by 8 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date may be canceled.

Depending on operational circumstances and the amount of snowfall, certain tour dates may be canceled, or tour operation may cease entirely.
The ski resort may be closed in case of inclement weather.
Refunds will not be issued even if customers do not make use of some services.
Furthermore, note that no refunds will be issued if a customer is unable to attend the tour due to their own circumstances.

Bus Information:
This is an unguided plan, so please go to the bus meeting location on your own.
During bus boarding reception, please submit a printed copy of the reservation confirmation sheet or a printout of the reservation confirmation e-mail.
Those that fail to bring the reservation confirmation sheet may not be able to participate. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
This is a shared bus and bookings are required. Buses other than the designated bus cannot be boarded. Seating on the bus is unassigned and specific seats cannot be requested.
Also, the bus only stops at hotels which customers have requested pick-up from.
The bus will depart on schedule, but the scheduled departure/arrival times and operating route may be altered depending on traffic congestion, inclement weather, snowfall, etc.
Even if a customer has made a reservation but is not at the bus meeting place on time, the bus will still depart as scheduled.
If a customer has missed the bus, they are responsible for making their own way to the destination. In this case, transportation expenses must be shouldered by the customer.
Depending on the number of participants, a taxi van or taxi may be used, and the vehicle will be shared for the ride.
Only skis, snowboards, and accommodation luggage (such as change of clothes) may be brought on board.
Snowscoots, bicycles, etc. are not allowed. Please note that pets and other animals are not allowed on board the vehicle.
Please do not board wearing ski boots and snowboard hard boots.
*Pets refer to all animals except seeing-eye dogs, hearing assistance dogs, and other such assistance dogs.

*Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the departure time.
*When boarding, please show the return trip bus boarding ticket received when picking up the lift and gondola pass.
*Please finish skiing by 16:00 and prepare for the return trip.

(1) Picking up the Lift & Gondola Pass
 Pick-up Location: Olympia Ski Center (bus drop-off location) 3F Ticket Counter
 How to Pick Up: Please show the reservation confirmation sheet to the staff at the location.
        The return trip bus boarding ticket will also be handed out at this time. (No reissuing.)
(2) Picking up the Rental Items

Rental Items:
Ski gear: 3-item ski set (skis, boots, poles) and apparel set (top and bottom, gloves, hat, goggles)
Snowboard gear: 2-item snowboard set (board, boots) and apparel set (top and bottom, gloves, hat, goggles)
*Size fitting will be done at the rental shop on the day before rental items are provided.

[Important Notes/Supplements: Regarding Children/Infants]
For children 4-11 years old, please book them under the Child rate.
Infants age 3 and under are free of charge. (However, they will not be provided with seats.)
In regards to rental items, participants will only be required to pay the on-site charge if sizes are available.
Bookings cannot be made for groups composed entirely of children. Please make sure to book them in the same group as an adult customer.

Ski wear is available for rent, but please wear thick sweaters, etc. underneath, and participate wearing warm clothing such as thick socks, scarves, etc.

Transportation expenses to the meeting location, Meal costs, etc.
