Overview :

1. During the climb on Mt. Fuji, this tour is accompanied by 3 staff members--a Japanese-speaking mountain guide, a National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter, and a Japanese-speaking tour conductor. Even beginners can participate worry-free. (The National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter and Japanese-speaking tour conductor will accompany the tour from departure to arrival.)
2. Spend the night at Mt. Fuji's 7th Station, see the sunrise from the mountaintop, and then recharge after mountain climbing by soaking in a hot spring! The tour will be guided on a popular route.
3. The Japanese-speaking mountain guide will lead participants on a walk around the caldera at the summit for no additional charge.
4. At the mountain hut, customers will be staying in a room with single size beds for each person (capsule hotel style, dormitory type).

Mt. Fuji Kawaguchiko 5th Station After arrival participants are free to eat lunch and prepare for the climb.
(Bags cannot be left on the bus. Bags can be left at Gogoen Rest House for free at your own liability.)
240(min) Ascend via Yoshida Trail from Lake Kawaguchi The tour group will begin climbing on the Yoshida Trail from Lake Kawaguchi 5th Station at an altitude of 2,304 m.
Above Mt. Fuji 7th Station  Mountain Hut 'Toyokan' Arrival The group will then sleep for a short time at a mountain hut at an altitude of 2,910 m.
300(min) Above Mt. Fuji 7th Station Depart from Mountain Hut 'Toyokan' The 2nd day's breakfast (bento) will be given to each participant before departing the mountain hut. The group will climb to the summit from the mountain hut for about 5 hours.

day2

120(min) Visiting Mount Fuji mountaintop and the mountain crater Enjoy the impressive view of the sunrise from the summit at an altitude of 3,776 m.
Those who wish will be guided on a walk around the crater (90 minutes). Only the Japanese-speaking mountain guide may be present during the walk around the crater. Please eat your breakfast at the summit.
240(min) Descend via Yoshida Trail towards Lake Kawaguchi The tour will then descend the mountain heading for the 5th station (about 4 hours).
11:30- Mt. Fuji Kawaguchiko 5th Station After returning to the 5th Station, the mountain climbing is over. Please retrieve any baggage and get on the bus which will take you to Yamanaka Onsen.
120(min) Lake Yamanaka Onsen, Benifuji-no-Yu A popular natural hot spring where bathers can soak their weary muscles in open-air baths while enjoying a view of Mt. Fuji.
There is also a restaurant inside.
(Participants may eat lunch at their own expense.)
Yamanashi Prefecture regulations prohibit people with tattoos from bathing in hot springs. Customers with tattoos are unable to bathe at Benifuji-no-Yu.

*Regarding Clothing/Items Required:
Altitudes at various parts of Mt. Fuji are approx. 2,300 m at the 5th Station; approx. 3,000 m at the 7th Station mountain hut where the tour will stop to sleep for a short period; and approx. 3,500 m at the peak, where temperatures often fall below 5 degrees Celsius and the temperature difference compared to the 5th Station may be more than 15 degrees Celsius. Please prepare all necessary cold weather gear, and be sure to confirm what to bring and wear for the tour.

  Set items and individual items are available for rent. Set plans are recommended for beginners and those who do not have mountain climbing equipment.
[Operation Conditions/Tour Conditions]
- If the minimum number of participants (2) is not met by 14 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date may be canceled. - To prevent infection, please participate wearing face masks.
- On the day of the tour, a health check and temperature screening will be conducted. Those with a temperature of 37.5 and above as well as those who do not feel well may not be allowed to participate.
- On the day of the tour, please fill out the health check sheet.
- The above are subject to change depending on the infection status. Please be sure to follow the guide's instructions.
- Please inform us of your accommodation and contact details (phone number and email address) for the day prior to the tour. If the tour is canceled, customers will be notified by the conducting company or their travel agent. The National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter may contact you the day before departure.
- Take precautions to avoid altitude sickness, which can occur as the air thins at high altitude, such as getting enough sleep the night before the tour, and repeatedly check your physical condition while climbing.
- Since the creation of a participant name list is required for safety purposes, we ask that all participants please provide their names and emergency contact details on the first day of the tour.
[Exemptions/Itinerary Guarantee: Itinerary/Destinations]
- Mountain accident insurance is not included in this tour. (Customers of non-Japanese nationality are unable to enroll in Japanese mountain accident insurance.) We recommend customers enroll in overseas travel insurance before leaving their country.
- The purpose of this course is to see the sunrise from Mt. Fuji, so all participants will climb to a mountain hut accommodation above the 7th station on Day 1. Participants may be unable to see the sunrise from the mountain due to weather or crowding on the mountain path, but please understand that these will not be accepted as reasons for a refund.
- Generally the tour will be carried out even in the case of rain, but in the case of bad weather at Mt. Fuji the tour conductors and mountain guide will determine whether to halt the tour with first consideration to safety. Also, the above times, climbing time, route, and arrival times may vary greatly depending on weather and crowding conditions.
Please be aware that refunds will not be issued even in case of cancellation partway through the tour.
- If you are late for the 2nd day departure from Mt. Fuji Lake Kawaguchi 5th Station (around 11:30, to be determined on the 2nd day of the tour), you will be responsible for the transportation costs to your next destination.
- The Mt. Fuji entrance fee is not included in the tour booking price. Participants may make a contribution at Mt. Fuji on a voluntary basis.

This is a shared tour with Japanese tourists. A National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter will accompany Sunrise Tours participants. The National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter will accompany you throughout the entire tour, and a Japanese-speaking mountain guide will also accompany you from the 5th Station to the peak and back.
[Important Notes/Supplements: Regarding Children/Infants]
Infants 5 years of age and younger cannot participate in this tour. Those between 6 and 15 years old must be accompanied by someone 20 years old or older. Those between age 16 and 19 may participate by themselves if an agreement form signed by their parent or guardian is received by us at least 4 days before the tour.
