5. This is an unguided plan so please make your own way to the luggage drop-off location. At reception, please show the Luggage-Free Travel reservation number (= GENESIS2 reservation number) written on the final confirmation email sent by the Luggage-Free Travel Support Center by 2 days prior to luggage drop-off.
6. Reservation through GENESIS2:
(1) Preferred luggage drop-off date = delivery date.
(2) Select the number of luggage to be delivered.
*Size of luggage that can be delivered (per piece): height + length + width dimensions totaling 160 cm or less, and weight of 25 kg or less.
*Deliverable Luggage: luggage such as suitcase, Boston bag, backpack, etc., cardboard box
*Delivery of skis and snowboards starts from December (per piece: height + length + width dimensions totaling 160 cm or less, and a weight of 25 kg or less).
(3) Enter an email address with which you can be reached during your stay in Japan (a final confirmation email will be sent by the Luggage-Free Travel Support Center directly to the customer by 2 days before use of service).
(4) Select the airport for luggage drop-off.
(5) Check the following website if your accommodation is available for luggage pick-up, then input the accommodation name. Accommodations where delivery service is available may be searched on the Luggage-Free Travel Website.

8. [Important Points]
- Please be aware that changes to the shipping distance (delivery section), number of luggage, or size (large to small, height + length + width dimensions totaling 120 cm or less, and weight of 15 kg or less) are not allowed on the day of service use.
- Delivery to private lodgings (minpaku), villas, and private addresses is not available.
- Luggage delivery to hotels is limited to those staying at the hotel. Please make sure the LFT reservation name matches the customer name.
- Please note that luggage delivery may be delayed in case of a disaster or inclement weather.
- Cash, credit cards, passports, flight-related documents, and other important articles may not be checked in. Please keep such items with you.
- Please be aware that even when reservation has been completed, the service may not be provided in case luggage is in violation of any laws. Customers will be held liable for any loss and/or legal responsibilities in such cases.
- Please be sure to check your luggage upon pick-up. If there are any concerns, please take a photo of your luggage and contact the Luggage-Free Travel Support Center (contact information can be found on the final confirmation email). The service is considered complete once the customer finishes checking the luggage at pick-up. Please understand that the Luggage-Free Travel office will not be responsible for any issues arising from that point onwards.
- Luggage collection and delivery will be handled by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. Warranty for damages or delays are defined by the "TA-Q-BIN Terms and Conditions" established by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.
The total maximum liability of Yamato Transport Co., Ltd., which will be handling luggage delivery, is JPY 300,000. Damage clearly resulting from the delivery process, delay of 24 hours or more, loss, and expenses related to damages are covered. Damage to luggage handle or wheel due to deterioration, accommodation charges, and airfare are not covered.
- If the service could not be used due to flight cancellation or considerable delay as a result of unforeseen circumstances, please contact the Luggage-Free Travel Support Center. Refunds will be issued by your travel agent.
