A) Registration period:
One year from August 2008 until July 2009. The contract is basically updated every year, but not guaranteed.
B) Obligation of the members:
To keep secret of all the contents of "Le Salon des Sunrise Tours"
C) Requests for the members:
* For developing new tour plan, the positive opinion and suggestion are expected when participating in the four discussion meetings planned on the dates below. 3,000 YEN will be paid per person for each participation as transportation expenses.
The 1st meeting: Aug 30, 2008 (Saturday) Meeting will start at 17:30 in Tokyo. (To be advised)
Schedule after the 2nd meeing is to be advised.
* Participation in the monitor tours and contribution to the report and the blog. As of today, 5 monitor tours are scheduled. Details to be advised.
* Cooperation to planning new tours. The copyright and the right of likeness belong to JTB Global Marketing & Travel.
* Spread new tours among your friends.
* When the new tour proposal is materialized, the member's name and photograph of the face will be printed in brochures and/or homepages as a planner. |

Applicable to the member (himself/herself only) after joining meetings or monitor tours two times or more:
A) One time of free participation in one-day tour in the registration period
B) Free participation to the monitor tours
C) Participation in the party planned as its starting ceremony
D) When the new tour proposal is put on sales, the member can join the tour free of charge.
E) "Sunrise Tours' Free Plan Kyoto 2 Days by Nozomi" once a year free of charge.
One night accommodation in the standard-category hotel in Kyoto and round-trip Shinkansen tickets from Tokyo are included. The hotel and train timings are decided by us. |

In case of a lot of applicants, we decide the members by lottery. Only elected applicants will be guided to the first meeting. |
