The Okinawa Prefectural Museum has been extensively and systematically researching, collecting, and preserving the information and materials concerning the nature, history, and culture of Okinawa for exhibiting them to the locals as well as visitors from other regions or overseas. We hope to provide an opportunity especially for visitors from overseas to gain a greater understanding of Okinawa, and that this free guided tour experience will give a deeper insight into the nature, history, and culture of the region.

Points of notice:
*The tour is organized as a demonstration project of the Japan Tourism Agency,
 and participants’ cooperation to fill out questionnaires after the tour is appreciated.
*Depending on the number of participants, there may be some wait time.
*Museum entry fees are required:
 Adults: 400 yen, College or high school students: 250 yen, elementary or middle school students: 150 yen
