Even if you aren't staying at the Conrad Tokyo, the world-class modern luxury hotel , which received a Good Design Award in 2006, is still worth the visit just to view its design. Gordon Ramsay, situated on the 28th floor, offers modern French cuisine with a dynamic view of Tokyo in a high-ceilinged, spacious interior. This is his first restaurant in Asia.
The restaurant has two sections, fine dining and casual all-day dining, and also features Gordon Ramsay's trademark Chef's table: a unique seating arrangement placing diners within the exciting confines of the kitchen.
Located in the fine dining section, seating at this table offers a glimpse of what has made Ramsay one of the world's leading restaurateurs.
Ramsay has said, gTokyo is such a cosmopolitan city with the most vibrant people and high level of produce.
We have enjoyed wonderful Japanese diners over the years in Britain and it is a privilege to give something back. I am very much looking forward to offering the same standard a little closer to home!h
About Mr. Gordon Ramsay
