We mentioned in our past edition that Fuji Speedway will host the 2007 Japanese Formula One (F1) Grand Prix in September.
New details have just come in so let's take a look at the latest information!
The Grand Prix will be held over three days: September 28th (Fri), 29th (Sat), and 30th (Sun).
The basic theme of this year's Grand Prix will be: "Endless Beauty, Unlimited Excitement - F1 Japanese Grand Prix at Fuji Speedway," and it will no doubt live up to expectations! Speedway takes over hosting rights from the Suzuka Circuit, which has held the Grand Prix since 1987. Located at the foot of Mt. Fuji, the speedway combines spectacular scenery with a world - class, high - speed course. It has staged an exciting array of motor sports over its 40 year history and it now offers new appeal and features - including renovation of the track completed in 2005 with high-tech and safety upgrades - that promises to make the race better than ever!
There will be a package tour available soon for the 2007 F1 Japanese Grand Prix at Fuji Speedway. Tours will depart from Tokyo on Sept. 28th, 29th and 30th. Transportation for the round-trip transfer will be by chartered coach and the tour includes one admission ticket. Please note that various types of admission tickets will be available.
If you leave Tokyo in the early morning, you will be able to return to Tokyo late in the evening.
More details on when these packages can be purchased will be made available mid - March. Be sure to check out this website then for the latest information on the 2007 F1 Japanese Grand Prix.
